I didn't have high hopes for it but I was pleasantly surprised. Packaging wasn't exceptional but the burner was in perfect condition so I guess it did the job. The burner itself is gorgeous. In fact the image they have on the page doesn't do it justice! It has a very deep bowl so I don't have to refill the oils as often. Everyone who has seen it loves it! It handles wear really well since we use it nearly everyday. I definitely recommend it!!
