Aromatherapy Diffuser Tips

aromatherapy diffuser An aromatherapy diffuser allows you to benefit from aromatherapy by getting the oils into the air. You can use many vices as an aromatherapy diffuser including a vaporizer, humidifier, and nebulizer. An aromatherapy diffuser allows you to inhale the oils to relieve respiratory infections, colds, and asthma. There are also several types of actual aromatherapy differs if you don’t want to use another device you already have in your home for one.

An electric fan aromatherapy diffuser doesn’t use heat. It operates on batteries. They blow cold air through a pad that has been saturated with aromatherapy oils. A steam aromatherapy diffuser works very similar except it plugs into the wall and hot water creates steam. Aromatherapy oil is added to the water before it begins to boil. They make a very small aromatherapy diffuser that fits into your purse. You can take it anywhere, even when traveling. The product has four chambers and a cover so your aromatherapy oils won’t spill all over the contents of your purse.

Have you ever wanted to use an aromatherapy diffuser to help you sleep better or maybe get over an illness? While it is tempting, most of us are too afraid of the fire risk to sleep with it on. There is an aromatherapy nebulizer than has a timer on it. This is perfect for getting the scents you need to feel better and rest better without the risk of causing an out of control fire. The oil is in a small vital that attaches to the side of the nebulizer.

Ever wish you had an aromatherapy diffuser to use in your vehicle? Your wish has been granted. The vehicle diffuser comes with small pads that you place drops of oil on. It plugs into your cigarette lighter to fill your car with great smells. Make sure you use a scent that won’t make you sleepy!

A candle can be used as a diffuser as well. Light the candle and allow it to burn for about 15 minutes. Put it out and pour some aromatherapy oil on the melted wax then relight the candle. A very popular aromatherapy diffuser is the oil burner. These are very inexpensive and decorative as well. It comes with a ceramic bowl. You pour water and aromatherapy oil into the bowl. A burner sits under the bowl heating it.

To get the most out of your aromatherapy diffuser, make sure you only use oils that are made from natural products. You should also know what the different plants and herbs can do. For example if you are trying to get a good night of sleep don’t choose one that energizes you. If you have a long evening planned then use the one for energy not to help you sleep! An aromatherapy quick reference guide can help you with this information. The internet is a great place to find it as well. For best results when you want it, keep a supply of various aromatherapy oils available.

This review is from: Westinghouse WDD100 Ultrasonic Humidifier with Aromatherapy, 8-1/2-Ounce Tank (Kitchen)
Excellent one-of-a-kind product.
I've researched many and used a few diffuser and this is the best. Probably the only one at the top without some serious problem.
I followed the instructions (you HAVE to do that) and it works perfectly every time.
HOWEVER...you must thoroughly clean the unit after every use.
You cannot leave anything in the unit overnight...it will gum up the works.
Sadly, we'll have to wait for some new alien technology to totally revolutionize diffusers to avoid this. What this thing does is use an ultrasonic pad to turn the liquid into mist, which will leave a residue. I'm not going to try it but I'm sure performance would degrade rapidly if it were not cleaned until such time as it stops working (weeks? no more than a month).
Also...it's not easy to clean...they didn't design it to be easy to clean. I have larger ultrasonic humidifiers which are easy to clean. This one is so tiny it's hard to get to all the crevices.
On the box it says it is a humidifier/diffuser. Which is true. If you put nothing but distilled water in it, you could use it as a humidifier for a very small area and never clean it. So...following that logic, you could use any humidifier as a diffuser. Just put a few drops of essential oil and some water on the ultrasonic pad then put the water tank in place and turn it on.
Advice:
Don't put it next to something that emits heat ... it has a sensor and will shut itself off if it overheats.

I have this unit located in my bedroom which replaced a Pearlessence diffuser. The unit is much quieter than the other, but I think as far as scent is concerned the Pearlessence worked a bit better. It does have some new features that I like more like the 30 second timer, water reservoir, and a on /off switch located on front of the unit. I have solved the scent problem by adding just a few more drops of oil.

This is one of the most stylish humidifiers out there and I got it mainly for its aesthetics. It is great for light humidifying for a small room and the aroma sample that comes in the package is pleasant smelling. The light transitions smoothly from color to color and is really pretty. Maybe it's just me but it also makes a comforting butterfly-like pattern on the ceiling when the lights are off. I think it would be great in a child's room as it can serve as a night light in a way!

Just a drop of oil goes a very long way. I have used the same scent with the same refill for days and days now. Great little items if you have lots of oils. Would put them in little baggies and label as to what oil was used.

Very disappointing. As far as I can tell, this product doesn't do anything at all. There is no noticeable difference between putting a few drops of essential oil on a cotton ball and placing that somewhere in the car versus using the diffuser (and these pads), except that the diffuser consumes battery power from your car. Don't waste your money.

This review is from: Oregon Scientific WS903 Aroma Diffuser and Sound Therapy Clock (Health and Beauty)
UPDATE: 1/04/2011

I've had the clock now for 5 months and decided to do an update. I still enjoy it even after the novelty of it has worn off and everything works for me fine. No issues, no breakage of any kind, haven't lost the remote and the aromatherapy still works. Cons for me are still the same as I mentioned below. One additional thing I do not like that some other individuals have mentioned is a beep. An annoyingly 1 second cold monotone beep. What was Oregon Scientific thinking when they decidied to kill this lovely clock by inserting that beep? I mean, seriously?

Okay, so mine isn't an issue so much as listening to the sounds before I go to sleep as I really don't care for sound at bedtime. However, I can see how the other reviewers could be perturbed at being awakened at the end of their relaxing 15 minutes with that beep. I'd be super annoyed as well, what would be the point of even listening to it? Mine is the fact that the damn beep goes off five minutes before my alarm comes on. Wait, what? Yes. Five minutes before I get to hear the lovely sound of birds chirping or water cascading I get awoken by a "Beeeeeeeeeeeep". I, at this point, am already awake by the time my soft alarm goes off. What's the point? I don't get it. It's obvious to me that Oregon Scientific just has a sick sense of humor and they win this round.

Even though I hate them and wish they'd burn at this point, I still like the clock and would still potentially purchase it again. However, not above 60-70 bucks.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This might be a bit of a longer review, so bear with me. I figured with as much deliberation as I put into purchasing this item, maybe it might help someone else out.

This item came up on Amazon's deal of the day on August 10, 2010. A lot of moolah for a glorified alarm clock, right?

As I was contemplating purchasing this device, I started to read some of the comments left on the deal of the day comment board. The majority, if not all, were negative in regards to this device. I started to get swayed by reading these and had basically talked myself out of purchasing it; after all, what idiot would spend $70 on an alarm clock on sale?

Obviously this one.

What made me purchase it? After doing every bit of research I could do on this product for information (let me tell you, there isn't enough out there) a few things made me think, maybe it isn't that bad. First, I watched the video done by Oregon Scientific located on the Amazon page itself. A little cheesy, but hey, the chick's accent is pretty soothing, I think they did that on purpose though. Secondly, I went to Walmart and checked out their alarm clocks/diffusers/multiple function devices (yep, in the same day just to verify prices), and they ranged anywhere from $10 for a cheap little digital one, up to $30-$60+ for ones with a little bit more technology (IE: AM/FM radio, cd player, iPod adapter, etc.). Still, none seemed as cool as this one did. I then researched online and saw people were paying $125+, depending on manufacturer, for sunrise clocks. Suddenly, I didn't feel so wasteful anymore (I was going to say, feel like an idiot anymore, but I didn't want to offend any sunrise clock purchasers; after all, you should get what you want). Of course, I hate light in the morning, so one of those just wouldn't do it for me.

Lastly, I found this review on youtube:

Review | Oregon Scientific - Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser (you'll need to put this in the search area as Amazon doesn't like links)

At this point, I was hooked. I couldn't stop myself from clicking the purchase button, even if I wanted to. I wanted this little contraption and nothing but a sellout would prevent me from getting it (albeit a $99.99 price tag). I received it within two days of ordering it and like a little kid receiving a new package, was ever elated in opening it. Pulling it out, I thought, "Hey, this is pretty dang neat." No, I'm not really that dull, but this is after all an Amazon review, have to keep it clean, dontcha know. However, nor am I going to admit that I was jumping through my house holding an alarm clock while simultaneously swaying my arms back and forth in the air due to unbridled joy. Anyway, setting up was easy, I already had oil purchased previously that I could use, and voila... done. My new alarm with aroma therapy and light was ready to be used!

I cannot say that as of yet, that I regret this purchase in the least. To be honest, I really only got this alarm clock for its nature sound capabilities, which I read that Oregon Scientific has some of the best. I have chronic dry eye due to PRK surgery and often when ripping my eyes open in the morning in... Read more

I think the product itself is very nice for someone like me who enjoys the sensory experience of nature sounds and aromatherapy. The unit looks nice and the remote control is easy to work. I really enjoy the aromatherapy in particular. Based on the product alone I would have given it a higher review.

There are two things that really bug me.

First, as another reviewer mentioned there is a mechanical beep that sounds at the end of a session when you set it to sleep mode. This is so jarring and seems totally at odds with the purpose of the machine.

Second, I had trouble getting the alarm function to work - I see that it can be an alarm, but I couldn't figure out how to work it - the manual was no help. I called customer service and they were stumped. Said they would call me back and did not. Received an email in response to my inquiry that said that the product was to go to sleep to, not to be an alarm. Huh? It says it has an alarm function on its own website!

My mechanically-inclined spouse figured out the alarm and I'll be happy to provide instructions in case anyone struggles like I did.

This review is from: Oregon Scientific WS903 Aroma Diffuser and Sound Therapy Clock (Health and Beauty)
I liked some things about it, but not enough to keep it. I bought this on a lightning deal for $60. It's definitely not worth more than that. Here is my take on this item:

Pros:
1. The diffuser worked really well as far as diffusing the essential oil scents. (However, it kept automatically shutting off. More on this in Cons.)
2. I liked the "idea" of the lights, sounds, and diffuser.
3. The unit was well-constructed. I was happy with the appearance of it.

Cons:
1. The instructions in the "manual" were hard to follow and gave limited information. Once I figured everything out, I was fine. But it took some time to figure out how to operate it. There should have been more information given especially on the diffuser. Big thumbs down for the manual.
2. The sounds were okay, but became annoying. They were very short sound clips that just repeated over and over. There could be a definite improvement with the sounds.
3. I hated that you could only control all functions with the remote.
4. There is no snooze option with the alarm. I need a snooze.
5. The beep was really annoying as others have stated in their reviews.
6. The lights didn't do anything for me. Yeah, it looked cool, but I didn't plan on sitting there staring at the unit to see lights change color. I expected more.
7. The diffuser kept automatically shutting off. I didn't have it on the timer and couldn't find anything in the "manual" to explain why this kept happening. I tried to call the company and was on hold for 30 minutes. It was around Christmas when I tried to call, but it was still frustrating. I hung up before anyone even answered due to the long hold time.

Overall, there are just too many functions wrapped up into one with this unit and none of them were perfected. I am going to look for two different units; a quality diffuser that is only a diffuser and then a quality alarm clock with nature sounds. I can do without the lights.

5.0 out of 5 stars Complex synergy of fragrances quite intriguing, March 20, 2011
This review is from: Relaxation Synergy Blend Essential Oil- 10 ml (Lavender, Marjoram, Patchouli, Mandarin, Geranium & Chamomile) (Misc.)
Undiluted oil comes on strong, with first impression of strong citrus/earth with a breakdown of "notes" which is fascinating. I was sniffing my wrists every hour or so and each time came back with another part of the blend dominating. This complexity is olfactory fun, like a story unfolding in scent.

Thus, it is recommended for those who are put off by an initially potent scent do as Edens Gardens suggests: dilute. Use jojoba or grapeseed oil. I'm tempted to add it to shea butter and wax some unfinished wood, just to keep the scent around me. The blend creates emotions of cleanness and clarity in my sensory realm.

To the person who wrote the one-star review: I suspect you did not dilute the oil. Then there are people who cannot handle strong scents and those whose body chemistry will not meld well with some oils, even when diluted properly. For example, oak moss smells delicious on me but sandalwood (and I've tried many) tends to develop an unpleasant "fishy" note. When I blend sandalwood with a bit of amber resin, this eliminates the fish problem.

How an oil smells on your skin can be modified according to medications you take, whether you smoke cigarettes and whether you are a carnivore, vegetarian or vegan. There are many variables in the chemistry of scent, which is why there is no "one size fits all" oil, blend or perfume.

I'm having fun with this oil and am impressed with the quality for such a low price.

2.0 out of 5 stars You get what you pay for, March 8, 2011
This review is from: 100% Pure Essential Oil Basic Sampler Set 6/10 ml (Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Sweet Orange) (Health and Beauty)
I was not happy with the quality of these oils. After losing all of my oils and wanting to replace them without bankrupting myself, I thought that this sampler would be a good idea: because these six oils truly are the most common basics, I figured that the quality wouldn't be too much of an issue and it would be safe to go with a less expensive company's products. I was wrong.

Of the six oils included in this set, the sweet orange and tea tree oils were the only ones that really seemed up to snuff to me. The rosemary and eucalyptus globulus were simply *rank.* Truly awful. I've never smelled anything quite like them before, and sincerely hope never to again. The peppermint faded so quickly that I suspect that it was already quite old when it was bottled, and the lavender was...well, I guess fine for medicinal purposes, like burns and scrapes and athlete's foot and suchnot. I wouldn't use it for any aromatherapy purposes that depend on scent, though: it is supposedly from Bulgaria, but it is harsher and less floral than any other Bulgarian lavender I've ever experienced. It smells much more like a lavandin than like the augustifolia it claims to be.

I'm not new to this, and I know what these oils are supposed to smell like. These just aren't good examples. I don't doubt that they really are "therapeutic quality," but that term can encompass a huge range of quality, and these oils are scraping the bottom. You can't beat the price, to be sure, but if I had it to do again, I'd have saved up my pennies and gone with a higher-end brand.

This review is from: 100% Pure Essential Oil Basic Sampler Set 6/10 ml (Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Sweet Orange) (Health and Beauty)
I received the oils quickly and with a soap sample which is nice, and most of the oils smell like I expect them too. The eucalyptus, tea tree, orange and rosemary are fine. However, I mostly needed the lavender oil, and it does not smell like lavender oil should. It barely has a recognizable scent at all. The peppermint oil also smells strangely sweet. I agree with the other reviewer that was unhappy with the quality of the oils. I am glad I bought the small sampler sizes instead of full size bottles. I will have to buy a lavender essential oil from the specialty website I have used before to make up for the disappointing scent of the one in this set.

How to Use Aromatherapy Diffusers as Room Fresheners

The effects of an aromatherapy treatment are seen on the mind and body. The purpose of aromatherapy diffusers is to diffuse the scent of essential oils in the room. There is a wide range of aromatherapy diffuser devices that you can use for achieving the desired effect, and they range from the mundane and simple to the highly sophisticated.

For releasing a distinct fragrance of oil, you would require an aromatherapy diffuser. Easily available in the market today, there are a variety of different types of aromatherapy diffusers. Following are some of the common types:

Lamp Rings

The lamp ring is one of the most favorable choices for aromatherapy diffuser. Made out of terracotta, these lamp rings are directly positioned on the lamp bulb. When an essential oil is positioned in the lamp ring, heat released by the lighting of the bulb dispenses the smell into the air.

Candles

Another best-selling aromatherapy diffuser is the candle. Readymade candles that are already made with various essential oils are available at low cost prices in the market. Unscented candles are also used as aromatherapy diffusers. All you have to do is simply light the candle for about 10 minutes and then put some drops of oil onto the melted wax. These candles should be used with utmost care and use them only in an airy vacuum.

Reed Aromatherapy Diffuser

Among the rarely used aromatherapy diffuser, Reeds are more efficient and long lasting. To create a reed diffuser, you would need to pour the essential oil into a bottle, and then add a reed at the rim of the bottle. Reeds are almost weightless, and hence will take some time to moisten and soak up the oil. The slow absorption of oil will release the scent into the air. Aroma released through a reed diffuser can last for months.

Nebulizer

Nebulizers are devices that pump air at constant pressure. These devices use this principle to break down essential oils and turn them into vapor. Usually, these devices give the best therapeutic effect as the oils are broken down, in comparison to other types of aromatherapy diffusers

Fan Diffuser

Electrical fan diffusers are one of the most favored diffusers in the market in recent times. These fan diffusers blow cold air through a pad, which is saturated in essential oils. Usually, the diffusers are placed into an outlet of an electrical wall However some models are battery powered, which makes them more portable.

Everyone favors homemade diffusers. There are numerous ways of putting to use what you already have in the house, to make a homemade diffuser.

Take a deep glass bowl and boil some water and pour it in the bowl only half way. Add about ten drops of the desired essential oil into the water. Place the bowl in the preferred room, heat of the water causes the oil to evaporate and spread the essence of the oil into the room.

Candles are a favorite option among many to be used as homemade aromatherapy diffusers. All you would have to do is place a candle in a jar. Light the candle and let it burn for about half hour or till the wax melts in the jar; thereafter add the desired essential oil. The heat would disperse the oil into the air just like it did in case of water. Remember that essential oils are flammable so you should make sure you use it with caution.

This review is from: Car Diffuser Aromatherapy 1 Count (Kitchen)
This aromatherapy car diffuser is very simple to use. You put a few drops of any essential oil on a small pad that you insert into the front of the diffuser, plug it into your car lighter and that's it. The fragrance is noticeable within a minute or two depending on how many oil drops you use. Usually between three and five drops is enough for most cars. I have tried peppermint oil and it makes the air feel cool to breathe and does help keep you alert. Any pure oil will work, but mint or citrus oils (like grapefruit or sweet orange) have worked best for me in my car. The pads seem to last a long time and it's best to use one pad for each different fragrance you use. The diffuser comes with five pads. Additional refill pads can be purchased seperately (very inexpensive). I prefer this diffuser to typical car air freshners that have a strong artificial or overly perfumy smell. 5 stars!

5.0 out of 5 stars Refreshing alternative to chemical air fresheners, December 1, 2009
By

This review is from: Aura Cacia Aromatherapy Room Diffuser (Health and Beauty)
I'm very happy with how well this diffuser works. It comes with 5 pads that you put drops of pure essential oils on and place inside the unit. You plug the unit into an outlet and will notice the fragrance within about five or ten minutes. The oils are not included, but any pure essential oils will work. (Lavender, peppermint, orange, whatever you like...) The diffuser is nice to keep in any room or bathroom to have beautiful, natural scents rather than the chemical based scents you get from the typical plug-ins. The pads seems to last a long time and you should use different pads for different scents of oils. They also sell refill pads. On the box, they list several combinations of oils for relaxation, energizing or air freshening. If you like experimenting with aromatherapy scents, this is a great product to have.

This review is from: Aura Cacia Aromatherapy Room Diffuser (Health and Beauty)
This works pretty well in the small bathroom that I put it in, I've tried cinnamon and orange essential oils. The orange didn't last long, and I hoped the cinnamon would last longer. The smell is nice, but I don't think this would be a noticeable smell in a larger room. I wish the smell was stronger and lasted longer, but it is still nice to have an all natural air freshener, I dislike most of the smells of the chemical air-fresheners sold in stores.

Buying an Aromatherapy Oil Burner

Aromatherapy Oil Burners

Aromatherapy is becoming used more typically these days to alleviate minor pains. Numerous folks are familiar with the oil that can be inhaled by opening the bottle or massaging this into the affected area. There is an additional way to make this happen and this is done by utilizing an oil burner.

There are two kinds of aromatherapy oil burners. The first is the electric whilst the other is the ceramic.

The electric oil burner is regarded as to be safer given that it does not require an open flame to keep it on the whole day. This is great since the youngsters could accidentally tip over it causing a fire to take place.

The ceramic oil burner has to be lit. This is often lighter compared to the electric version and comes in different variations.

The oil burners operate just like the candles. Once it heats the liquid on the surface, this will turn into smoke that will enter by means of the nostrils sending a signal to the brain generating 1 really feel relaxed and refreshed.

There are particular points folks should know about making use of aromatherapy oil burners. This need to be performed at all instances to stop accidents from happening.

1. Essential oils are flammable. This indicates that only a handful of drops should be applied. This accessory ought to be turned off when it is not being employed. It will also be a great idea to set this in a location that is a bit far from the curtain, paper or any alcoholic product because this will just serve as an accelerant in the occasion of a fire.

2. Not all of the oils can be employed for aromatherapy. Studies have shown that improper use of it can cause certain issues when it is inhaled. Such examples of these are bitter almond, camphor, penny royal, onion, horse radish, sassafras and winter green.

3. The oil and the burner need to be placed away from kids. The youngsters may play with it causing a fire or even take this ingest this. Need to an incident occur, poison control should be contacted at once to assist the victim.

4. Not everybody can use the oil and the burner. This includes pregnant girls and people who have allergies. Those who have by no means completed this just before and would like to attempt ought to 1st consult with a doctor if this is secure to use.

A good point about the aromatherapy oil burner is that the individual does not have to mix this with other oils to create the desired impact. This can be carried out only if the individual desires to try a thing new.

The smell given off by the aromatherapy oil burner will certainly last in the room for hours even if the individual has left for a couple of hours. This can be eliminated by opening the windows so that the scent will go away.

The simple ceramic oil burner will price less than $20. The price tag for the electric version is double that price. Regardless of the model chosen, the only thing for the user to do now is to place a handful of drops of oil into the small plate and then breathe deeply the scented air.

The person can lie down on the bed or on the floor or do the identical thing in a sitting position since within minutes, the individual will begin to expertise a alter that is very good for one.

Aromatherapy, What’s It All About?

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is one of the fastest rising industries in the country. With the fad of new age activities like yoga on the upswing, it seems that aromatherapy is here to stay for the next couple of years. In fact, it is one of the most popular practices in terms of holistic and alternative medicine.

It is being used everywhere, from clinics and hospitals for their pain relief treatment especially during labor and with chemotherapy to the rehabilitation of patients who have heart ailments, from the alleviation of stress and the relaxation of muscles in day spas to the beauty and cosmetic products being made. You name it and aromatherapy has influenced it one  way or the other.

But besides candles and lotions and scents, which define aromatherapy to a T, what is it all about and what can it give us?

Aromatherapy is the practice of using oils from plant extracts for medicinal, relaxation and aromatic purposes. These oils are called essential oils, which are used and combined with other ingredients to produce perfumes, lotions, and other beauty, skin care and hair care products. In fact, all the products with your favorite plant scent such as Rose, Lavender and Chamomile are results of the practice of aromatherapy. It is said that aromatherapy can also improve one’s mood, lightening it up and easing the stress. This is perhaps why the technique is also used in massage parlors and spas to relax customers.

The use of essential oils is a practice that has been going on for centuries. It all started with the Greeks, who invented the crude way of distilling. The process of distillation was then used to extract the oils from the plants.

Next to adopt the practice are the Egyptians, which incorporated it into their traditions and customs. Plant oils are used in their various religious set-ups and even in the burying of their dead. In fact, archaeologists who dug up tombs in Egypt have found plant extracts and remains with embalmed bodies. It was also the Egyptians, who first used the plant extracts for cosmetic and aromatic purposes.

Next in line were the Romans, who discovered the use of the essential oils as medicine. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, has been known to use plant oils in his medical work back in his time.

It was only in the 1920s that the practice got the name “aromatherapy” which was invented by René Maurice Gattefossé, a French chemist, who used the process in his own work. Unknown to many, aromatherapy has a lot of branches. One of those branches is Home Therapy, which deals with the use of the practice for self-treatment as well as in the use of it in making perfumes and cosmetics. It is also used in medical practice and this branch is called the clinical aromatherapy. Lastly, the branch that deals with the use of aromatherapy in the psychology of odors and its effects in people is called the Aromachology.

One of the best known scents in aromatherapy is the lavender, which people can actually find in every product label in groceries and in beauty stores. Unknown to many, lavender can also be used in the treatment of wounds as well as in the enhancement of memory. It can also be used as a sleeping aid as it helps relieve anxiety and insomnia.

In addition to lavender, other really popular aromatherapy products are those with the scents of Rose, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Cinnamon, Rosemary and of course Jasmine.

This oil, plus the other 2 oils purchased at the same time, have the same smell to them, with just a hint of the oil that they are supposed to be of. The peppermint, spearmint and lavendar smell as if they have been cut with the same type of oil to dilute them. I have had 6 people verify so that I could take human factor out. Comparing it with other oils purchased from amazon, this oil ranks a 0! Would not purchase again.

I continue to look for better prices on quality essential oils, and this is not worth the lower price. I use the oils in a diffuser for migraine control, and this oil must be very dilute since I had to use much more of it than usual and the results were poor as well. Try another supplier.
